Assia is a dynamic musician known for her versatile approach to performances at sold-out stadiums, clubs, and top chamber concert venues. Her impressive discography includes nine internationally recognized albums, featuring hits and captivating music videos. Many of these albums and song genres were created by Assia herself as an executive producer, violinist, co-writer, and composer.
Before entering the world of show business, Assia was a soloist with the National Philharmonic of Ukraine. Throughout her career, she has earned recognition as a laureate and diploma winner of international competitions in France and Italy, and she was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine. Her performances in Warsaw with eight outstanding violinists, including Jean-Luc Ponty and Pierre Blanchard, marked a significant milestone in her journey.
In 2013, Assia made a notable debut in the US with the single "If Only Tonight". The track reached high positions on the Billboard chart and received recognition from DRT National Airplay.
Building on this success, Assia explored new musical horizons with the single "Fiesta in San Juan," a duet with Puerto Rican rapper WISIN. The vibrant video, directed by Jessy Terrero, became a hit on the Billboard Latin Tropical Chart, and the remix quickly reached the Top 20 on the National Club Dance Chart.
During this period, Assia also performed with American jazz trumpeter Chris Botti, played alongside American jazz singer Kurt Elling, and collaborated with renowned composer and musician Eric Serra.
In 2017, Assia released the album "All-In" in the US, a collaboration with legendary producer Humberto Gatica. This project, showcasing her violin mastery accompanied by a symphonic orchestra, garnered numerous awards and sold-out performances.
In 2019 and 2020, Assia toured 32 cities across America with the show "A Music Extravaganza", produced by Gene Bortnick with the support of American television PBS.
During this time, she continued to expand her discography, releasing the 2020 album "A Date at the Movies," which offers symphonic interpretations of famous songs from films by artists such as Elvis Presley, Barbra Streisand, Lady Gaga, and others.
In 2020, Assia was honored to become a Grammy Awards jury member. This prestigious role highlights the significance and responsibility she carries in shaping the future of the music industry.
She has repeatedly been honored as one of the most beautiful women by "L’OFFICIEL" magazine (1st place in the style and beauty category).
In 2022, Assia, together with Grammy winners Tony Succar, Paul Avgerinos, and Kabir Sehgal, released a New Age album titled "Moments". This project, created in collaboration with David Arkenstone, reflects themes of peace and hope amidst global challenges.
The album "8 SENSES", released in 2023 and recorded against the backdrop of the tragic events of the war in Ukraine, was created in the Carpathians with young talented musicians. This adventurous project continues to push creative boundaries and showcases her innovative approach to music.
